I need the title to a movie?

i believe its called "remote control" or something similar, but it is about a boy who has all types of model airplanes and helicopters and cars. He runs away and takes all his rc planes and stays in the attic of this model home and some thieves come and he is stuck up there. Any help would be appreciated. Also where i might find this movie would be helpful, i saw it when i was a kid and it really got me into rc planes. Thanks Guys.

The story is about young genius who makes his own world out of remote-control toys that help him entertain himself. He has a lot of planes and helicopters, dolls, etc. He also has two very good friends. One day, his mother prohibits him from playing with his toys. So, he finds some other place to play with them and ends up facing three local robbers who came to the same site.
