smoke system for electric rc plane?

i just bought a Sapac Extra 330L electric rc airplane and noticed an empty space inside the fuselage with a straw leading to a hole in the bottom where demonstration smoke comes out in the real full scale aircraft (mine is a scale model), and i was wondering if this is actually what it's for, a small smoke machine. and if it is does anyone know where to get one? i live in Victoria, Australia

MOST smoke units use the exhaust heat of the engine to generate the smoke from the smoke oil.
All I can suggest for an electric model is try the various hobby websites.
ANY electric method would have to generate chemical smoke rather than oil smoke or it would require way too much power in order to generate sufficient heat; BUT it IS possible.

Haven't seen any smoke systems for electrics, but I'd sure be interested on one if it were available, and viable. Check with Precision Aerobatics .com. they have a lot of good equipment.
